I purchased tickets for 4 adults to fly from Calgary to Honolulu, Feb 10/08 to Mar 5/08 - through expedia, and purchased Travel Insurance on each of these tickets, also through expedia. I had a very important business meeting at Tel Aviv on the 17th March 2008. I boarded Flight EK 501 from Mumbai to Dubai on 16th March 2008 and had a connecting flight from Dubai to Amman Flight EK 901. From Amman to Tel Aviv it was RJ 0346 operated by Royal Jordanian. We bought Trip Mate insurance from Melrose Travel in Philadelphia in good faith and we cannot understand Trip Mate's ongoing dissembling, use of long paragraphs of ‘boilerplate’ in their communications and general attempts to confuse the issue. I will never fly Frontier ever again! I stopped flying Delta over 35 years ago because the company is a fraud and engages in fraud often selling a product they can't deliver. I had a similar experience with Frontier in Denver. I had a paper ticket and Denver was a connection flight from Sheridan. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I was refused an extension cord for my sleep apnea machine and told to go purchase one around the corner. I later found out that some of the rooms have outlets directly next to the bed but was never offered one of those rooms. The breakfast that was served was terrible. Cold hard rolls, orange juice and an instant coffee machine that dispensed globs of undiluted granules. Some of your employees are involved in commissioning with recovery agents. That is why they create problem in submitting cheques of customers & than with the help of recovery agents they try to harrash the client & recover money. It's my second time experiencew with your company that at the same outlet they create problems. I am your customer since 2 years & I always use to drop cheques at the same day of reciept of bill.
