They agreed to give us a "discount" (which we never saw) on our 2 night condo stay and show tickets in exchange for 90 minutes of our time to hear a NO OBLIGATION sales presentation over their travel services. After we sat through the presentation, we opted not to purchase the travel club membership and they were the most rude, despicable people we have EVER come across. NEVER have we been treated so awful in any situation. Once they discovered they couldn't swindle us into their little TRAVEL SCAM, they were done with us, and we never saw our discounts. WHAT A JOKE! Terrible company. If you want to change a booking they'll charge you way over the odds 75 quid each way. They won't refund the tickets either just taxes with of course their fee taken off. Also they're based in India so don't expect the same level of customer service as you'd find in the UK. read full review »

Once my price was accepted at a hotel in Portland Oregon, I called them to request (2) double beds. They told me that there would be an additional charge of $25 per night and a 12% tax added to my bill. I called Priceline to complain about what had just occured and the gentleman placed me on hold to verify what I was telling him. Delta airlines has demonstrated total incompetency and lack of customer care on every trip we took over a period of one week on trips from Sarasota FL to Allentown PA. We planned a holiday to Korea which was derailed when my daughter contracted Chicken Pox. We had to change our flight dates to ensure she was completely non-contagious before we fly and were on wait list on a few flights.
I made a hotel booking for Seoul with Agoda. Within hours, we decided to cancel the booking and even though we read the terms and conditions carefully, they slapped us with a admin fee. The communication from this company is horribly poor. They promise to call back and never do. They promise to e-mail and never do. And that is all before you actually have a problem. They booked several international tickets for me before I fell ill and collapsed. I did testing and was medically unfit to fly with the documentaiotn to prove it. Kashmir / vaishno devi tour from 10th of may to 18th may, advertised in classifieds in all leading newspapers, was a mismanaged tour all together. Railway booking from delhi to jammu, helicopter from Katara to Vaishno devi, Handling of issues with the group regarding the additional cash(than planned) from majority group members was unconsttutional. MR MANAGER GUJAR & PARTY was so unprofessional in approach .we had to be so patient to enjoy the trip - it was testing time everyday. On Friday 10/06/2011 we checked in in Damrak inn Hotel situated in Damrak 58â€59, 1012LL AMSTERDAM for 2 nights. We had 2 reservations, one through a web page agency and the second directly through the hotel.
The accommodation conditions were unacceptable. A window could not be shut down and it kept widely open letting in street noise, cold wind and mosquitos . The solution from the hotel was to stick a map paper. (Attached picture).

Called for some additional information from their customer service and the guy was SOOOO rude I was compelled to write this complaint. I wrote the company email to complain and the very same rude guy writes me back and carries the same "I don't care" attitude. I made a reservation and needed to cancel. I called for four days and e-mailed twice with no response from the company. I called the parent company, Expedia and they refused to cancel but gave me the phone number for Travelscape (702) 938-2100 which has limited business hours. After another several phone calls I got through and was able to cancel but got ripped off for part of the refund. The hotel I was booked at refused to deal with me directly and the whole process was incredibly difficult. Much easier to suck you in, not so easy to get out of. read full review »

ILX, Los Abrigados in Sedona, Arizona offered a Voucher(good for one year) for a train ride on the Verde Canyon Train for 3 Adults for a 90 minute tour of their resort. My wife and I completed the tour in Sept 2008 and recieved the voucher. We followed all the instructions on the voucher, made the reservations, turned in the voucher for travel on the train and 45 days after the travel, recieved a charge of 164.85 on our charge card for the tickets from the railroad due to the ILX Resort not honoring the Voucher. Bought a 42" HP Plasma TV and had it worked on a couple of times. This was by far the worst TV I have ever owned. The weight and heat it generated was over the top. Once it started having problems the picture quility went down and the HP was burned into the screen. The unit finally went out again and we had enough and bought a new TV. The HP was a big investment that went south. I will never ever buy any TV remotly attached to and HP systems if possible. read full review »

I am a club member since year 2002. Since then, the service has been getting poorer and poorer, the available hotels and affiliated hotels have been getting less by each year, and the surcharge has been getting higher each year. It is almost impossible to book a hotel especially during school holidays, public holidays, weekends and holiday eves. Unethical and Inexperienced staff Sold me a vacation for a much higher price then advertised. They did not deliver the product and then would not refund the difference after i complained to them they were very rude and unprofessional. Our daughter and her family paid for a suite at Super 8 Motel in Florence, Ky. on 6/11/11. Upon arriving it appeared not to be quite as portrayed on the internet. The management offered my son-in-law a walk through. After seeing it, he wanted his wife to see it. Not great, but doable. They said they'd stay. Please be careful using this inexperienced 'travel agent'.
We should have terminated the relationship when we ran into problems from the start. Numerous customers purchased bus tickets online from NYC to Dc. The tickets were for select dates and times which were confirmed by the company. When we arrived they advised they cancelled all the early bus schedules and we would all have to wait 2.5 hrs. No emails, notice on their website or phone calls were made to advise of the cancellation and refunding of tickets were refused. Another bus company was offering earlier bus times but this company refused to reimburse our money. We reserved a king-bed room months in advance, only to be placed when we arrived in possibly the worst hotel room we have ever occupied. Booked & paid for Mt Kinabalu climb package for 4 paxs, received email confirmation stating booking confirmed.
However, one month later they called & informed that we are not able to climb on the chosen date because it is fully booked. When asked for refund, no respond from them since May 9th.
Now it is already June 11th. Our trip is suppose to be in Mid July. So what are we going to do now?

Always thought Doubletree was suppose to be an upscale hotel...this one on located on Yale last time I witnessed had roaches crawling on their famous cookies that they hand out. The roaches were crawling all over the cookies in the kitchen. It was nasty!! My views of that hotel has totally changed.
