I have emailed them twice explaining the steps I've taken and deamnded assistance immediately. TuneUp360 "techs" wanted me to send all computer info including bios, and other suspicious requests. I am going to alert them that I will be contacting the Michigan state attorney general office for further inquiry. magda ghobrial December 22, 2010
I was on Ebay, when a pop up came in that appeared to be part of Ebay, they didn't mention that it was a separate co., or that they were going to take $75.00 from my account. When it was the last second for the auction, whenever someone would bid, instead of the 15 seconds (this was late at night) that they were supposed to add, it would be 40, 50 seconds, numbers that were not even multiples of 15, it just looked random, and this went on for several hours, it looked like they were just adding the charges, and waiting for someone or waiting for something like the amount would get to a certain number, It just didn't look kosher to me at all. read full review »

The Lakeside Collection catalog company
Anna M December 21, 2010
I recently ordered online through The Lakeside Collection catalog company's website an MP4 player for my son, for Christmas. I ordered it on December 10, and still have not received it. I go to the website and look up tracking information (pretty much every company nowadays will provide you with shipping tracking information so you can see where your package/order is). When I click on the order number to track it, it comes up with 'no information available'. So I sent them two emails. Both replies were standard, form-letter... read full review »

Woke up this morning to see a charge of $49.99 and 2 overdraft fees of $35.00 each. Confused I researched and found a fake check for $49.99 had cleared in my account. I called the number on the check and the lady stated that this was because I signed up for a payday loan. I immediately told them that I never received a loan and never signed up for anything. I was told that I needed to go online and fill out a refund request. I was then told it would take 72 hours to process. I then went to my bank and asked their advice and to find out if... read full review »

RCI - Arkansas
RCI-Arkansas December 21, 2010
RCI has a new deal called "Enhancements". It is nothing more than an "up charge". What they do is give a trading power to your home resort, which in my case was nearly the lowest power it had, and give the one I was seeking nearly the highest available. The one I was seeking was in the low season also. It sort of gives them a 2 for 1 deal. Where I have to give them 2 weeks to get one week, and pay $99 to do it! I think this is a rip-off and when I use all of the banked weeks with them, I'm going to try some other ones such... read full review »

When the t-shirt never arrived, I tried numerous times to contact the company by leaving voicemails and by e-mailing. In my voicemails and e-mails, I stated that no harm was done and just asked for a full refund. They never once gave me the courtesy of responding and on November 30, 2008, I received an e-mail stating that the t-shirt would ship on December 1, 2008!!! I ordered a handbag from this website claiming to be authentic Gucci products. When i questioned it, they removed the "authentic" after I placed my order. Stupid me, I should have checked first. When i received my item, it was not the color stated on the website. It was brown instead of ebony/black as stated. They claim to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will replace the produce if it is their fault. They refuse to replace my item and I'm stuck with it because the return address is in Japanese and they are no longer responding to my e-mails. Would you like to give money to a fake website for a non-existent phone? - Well, I first didn't pay them any attention when they followed me on my twitter, but when I looked at their tweets, I knew something was wrong. "MOBILE PHONE DISCOUNT: MAC BOOK AIR $999..." then the URL to this site followed. A cheesy looking website (kinda like those stupid free ringtone ones) and no contact number or email. You have to fill out a form to do that. So, basically, you probably hand over the money without Paypal or any other service that will help you in case of fraud, and you lose however much you spend. Wow, this has to end! read full review »

When you look at a website and it tells you the guidelines in what the purchasing process is, you would expect it to be just like that. Well for this site it wasn't, after giving the info it required, it then wanted a photo ID or a Bill, to verify information? What would they need that for? All the information they wanted was provided and it never said anything about an ID. Then I wanted a refund, I literally spent 30 minutes with an operator telling them I wanted a refund. read full review »
