I am extremely disappointed with my order. The Starscream MP (Walmart G1 exclusive) figure is poorly packed and Starscream box arrived dented on one corner. The 2 horizontal stabilizer on starscream's leg and one of the shoulder gun were completed detached from the figure when it arrived, becoming loose in box. Also this item was shipped from China, not hongkong. It would be impossible to know if these were factory rejects, i.e. items were already loose before they even shipped it or came loose during shipping. Either way, the poor package didn't help. The phone numbers lead directly to phone sex lines, and I didn't find this out until I already "ordered" a pair of Denim of Virtue jeans - for which my credit union card was charged the $89. This website is terrible, make it easy on yourself and don’t deal with them. My order was placed on the 27th of December. My card was charged the next day so I assumed my package had shipped. No such luck. I emailed them to get a tracking number. I was assured that it had shipped on the 4th but no tracking number was available (even though I paid extra for UPS). This site requires a 48 hour cancellation policy, even if you book the day of reservation...they back date your reservation to 48 hours prior. Some of the hotels they advertise do not take pets, and when I got to the hotel I booked, (Red Carpet Inn North Syracuse) with my dog, and the same day I booked the reservation, I was advised that pets of any size or kind were not allowed, and I was turned away. Appears to be a scam. They charge for a parts request with a guarantee that you will receive at least two 'responses' in XX hours. I paid and received two spam emails. I called both and they said yes they get the requests from partrequest.com, but they don't sell those parts. I went to partrequest.com to claim the refund and their site returns a "Page does not exist." (404) error when I click on the Refund link. Reelvids.com charged my state issued child support debit card for some damned membership with them. Thing is I've never heard of them.
