Northern Tool & Equipment UK
SharonBush March 1, 2010
I am disgusted by Northern Tool's complete lack of customer service. I place a large order for over £500 through their website and when two items did not arrive with the delivery several days later, I tried to call their customer service department. I was on hold for 10 minuutes or so, before an automated message said that the department was too busy to take my call and that I should leave a message. I left a message, together with my contact details and waited. The following day I did the same, as I did the day after that. Feeling... read full review »

I had a negotiation with SHOPFLIPFLOPS for exactly a year now. A certain “MR. SILVA” of RASI COMMERCIO LTDA is the one responsible transacting with me. But then, as I deal with them, we’ve found out and has proven that it was SHOPFLIPFLOPS. The payment was made thru WESTERN UNION, under JESSICA MENDES DA SILVA (recipient name, and all other informations was provided by Mr. Silva). We paid $2, 401.00 on January 07, 2009, for 184 pairs of HAVAIANAS flipflops ordered ($2, 300-total for items ordered ; $100-WU service... read full review »

I was tricked into this through another link! Now, how do I STOP those charges? How I wish I'd seen this first... Here is the excerpt from the facebook "scams to avoid" link: While Facebook has spent the past year trying to cut down on the number of misleading advertisements on the site, the fact remains that a small percentage of users still get duped into purchasing services they don’t really want. The IQ Quiz Scam has become ubiquitous on the Facebook Platform, and those users who install applications can expect... read full review »

DubFim February 28, 2010
I ordered a Jobar Rechargeable Long Reach Bug Vacuum System on March 21, 2009. It is now over 2 months later and I still have not received it. When I contact the company to cancel my order, they have refused to do so stating that it is on backorder and will be sent when available. A reputable company would allow you the option of canceling if they are unable to fill your order in a reasonable amount of time. I am very dissatisfied with their service. read full review »

Beware: I purchased a Viewsonic TV that was defective out of the box. Was billed four months of charges ($24.95*4*2) from this company on my credit card. They claimed to have credited my credit card account today - when I called them and complained. They service rep gave me no fight for the refund. They claimed I had visited a web site and clicked a selection box that caused me to be registered. If this is true, I had no idea of what I had done. It was a totally devious method of registration. I called my credit card dispute center and they thought an online flower order was propably the offending site - they mentioned that the company doing this is associated with the on-line flower company. read full review »

Hello everyone, My cousin received an e-mail from Jasmine Goode of B G Market Research. The e-mail was long and looked legitimate/professional at first glance. The "HR Rep" was asking her to do a credit report so the company can verify some vital information, such as US citizenship, address, work history, etc. The e-mail stated that she does not need to give them the report; they will call her and she will need to use it to answer their questions, which they claim will be 'non-confidential'. Wheelsnext is an unprofessional company that claims to be one of the largest wheel distributors in the U.S. Their customer service representatives lie over the phone and shipping takes weeks instead of days that they promote on their website wheelsnext.com. Govdeals

Gov deals acts as an auction site for many municipalities on the east coast and south west. Many of the items we have purchaced have been not as described, or for a better term garbage. If you as a bidder do not pay, govdeals will hold you for 40% of the winning bid and you get nothing! Many of the vehicles we have bought are junk yard material and items described as operable are not ! Even the pictures on the site, often items are changed and missing parts by the time you pay and pick them up. Govdeals staff tell you to go back to the seller and they wash their hands of the deal. Leaving you forced to pay for worn out garbage or be fined. read full review »

Viaddress
Pam February 26, 2010
Viaddress has been engaging in very unethical and unprofessional behavior. I first became aware of this when researching forwarding companies. While many companies had mixes of positive and negative reviews, viaddress.com had solid positive reviews--and not only that, this small website often had hundreds of more positive reviews than large, well-known websites. Sensing something was amiss I did further research and found a website where viaddress was offering to pay $10 to people who would write 25 positive reviews of the company.
