Her name is Julie, don't know last name. She charges more than double the actual shipping cost of items. The buyer has no idea how much the actual shipping will be when they buy, so the usual seller's excuse of "the shipping was clearly posted" doesn't apply. The buyer had no way of knowing that you would be making over 100% profit on the shipping cost. I orderd seven items from Amiclubwear and when I received the items they were not as advertised. I received a pair of boots that were suppose to be made of suede but were actually made of some kind of recycled paper. In addition, the sweater dresses received were made of nylon and very thin. I ordered this product as a trial offer which I found on my internet page. The offer was a combination of Alta White and Dazzelsmile. I received the trial products and have not been able to test them yet. I have since found that my bank account has been debited for a membership fee which I did not authorise. As both these products were ordered on the 20/10/09 and ship date was 23/10/09 I ask you please to cancel these orders on the 90 day return clause and please have my account credited for the amounts they have taken from me. Each time someone bids they add 2 minutes to the 'bid clock', meaning your auction can go on until the site reaches the price they want to sell the product for. The costs they state the product's original cost is inflated, making you feel like you 'really won' a valued product- if you ever do win! I ordered from www.clickdvdmedia.com on 11/27/09.. after not receiving my order within the promised timeframe I replied to initial confirmation email. I sent a reply once a day for 3 days straight. I did finally receive a return email on 12/17/09 that stated only that my order had been procesed and shipped. And I was given a tracking number through USPS. I ordered a pair of boots from this company, which charged my credit card even before emailing me that the boots were not in stock. I twice emailed them (waiting through two billing cycles) to complain that the credit hadn't shown up. They reported back that they were "updating" their charge system and would send me a check. When that didn't arrive after three weeks, I called them. I was on hold for 45 minutes before a human being answered. I signed up for Express Paid Surveys then realising when i signed up and paid that it was an all american website and none of the surveys applied to me living in Australia. So i emailed them and they refunded my money. I thought that was over until yesturday they took out $140!!! It is pending so i cant touch it and i cant file a complaint through my bank. This site cons you into storing files there for free up to 25 M but then after a short while sends out an email notice requiring that you PAY within a week or your files will be deleted. Also cannot get in to retrieve said files because it asks for billing info for access. A total scam and now the Mediamax site has renamed itself to LinkUp but it's the same old scam.
