On 3/31 I placed an order for a tent and a sleeping bag, order total; $322.76. Received order confirmation the same day and my credit card was charged on 4/1. I have sent 3 messages but I have not tried the phone number since I only looked for one on the web page but with no luck. Calling the number on the credit card bill seem to not work according to earlier reviews. I 0rdered next day delivery of flowers to a funeral. I placed the order at 8:00 P.M. on April 15th for delivery at 11:00 A.M. on April 16th. I received a phone call at 9:45 from a customer service agent stating that the order could not be completed because they don't open until 8:39 and there was no time to complete the order. I called a local florist when I got off the phone at 10:00and they were able to deliver the flowers by the 11:00 funeral time. I contacted BBB and received a note from them saying that they could not help me. The matter was 'beyond their scope.' This company is set up to take in money for software one downloads from their site. Their claims detailing what this software can and will do are patently FALSE. They detail the option of getting a refund if the customer complies with certain UNMENTIONED requirements within 60 days but does NOT detail these requirements.
