I foolishly signed up with this company with my credit card. There was no response to the application I made. I have tried many times to contact them and my e-mails are returned. There was an address as I have given but when I called information there is nothing at that site. I am out at least $99.00 and as I have not received my bank statement I am not sure if this went through. Hopefully, if it appears on the statement I may receive some more information.. Around June of 2008 I ordered software from Auction Monster. The information, that I had, simply said that I was only purchasing the software and was only to pay shipping and handeling. There was no further agreement, concerning a users agreement, future billing or licensing. Since the time of my order, I have been billed $59.95 every month. This has added up to nearly $500.00. When you order this trial product, they scam you by making it look like you are only being charged the shipping and handling fee for your free 14 dat trial. This company has websites that advertise free grants. They have you sign up for a free trial for about $2 and then end up billing your visa card about $60 or more per month without telling you anything and you have to notice it on your bank statement. It is very difficult to notice that they will be doing this because it is intentionally hidden on the website so that you don't notice what you are signing up for. read full review »
