On November 30, 2008, I ordered a box set of DVDs on the Internet from TVShowBoxSet for my son for Christmas. Cost was $88.99 via PayPal. When there was no delivery, I emailed the company on December 15 for an explanation. No response. Website is 'under construction.' On December 22, I contacted PayPal to file a claim. Received a response from PayPal 1/2/09 that they found in my favor, but that there are no funds to recover. I have tried to stop the debit payment going of my bank account. Have reported it as fraud, but bank say because I gave them my details originally it is not fraud. DRI Spyhunter is a scam. I purchased the software for 29.99, and it did nothing. I was amazed there were no reviews on the internet making clear the product was worthless. Six months later I got an email saying "thank you for your purchase" and a second charge of 29.99 automatically taken from my account. I never authorized recurring billing. I called 800-999-2734 and was told the charge would be reversed immediately.
