I was charged 1.95 by a company that advertizes with Oriental Trading Company...Easy Saver. Easy Saver has a history of unauthorized charges scammed from the Oriental Trading Company website. Apparently Oriental Trading Co. knows about this because when you call them to complain they refer you to Easy Saver who insist that you signed up for their "service" and that they will take it off your credit card. Mikes Coins does business on eBay as mikescoins1 and has a long history of defrauding buyers. Recently suspended, he is back at it. I bought $1500 worth of silver dollars and never received the purchase. He ignored phone calls and emails. Finally after 6 weeks, I filed with PayPal to get a refund. He fought the dispute by providing PayPal a bogus tracking number, claiming that it had already shipped. Mr. George Tsai has been advertising products for sale on the various internet sites. I answered him on a ad for a stock for a Glock firearm for $90.00 shipped. I sent a US Postal money order on March 20, 2006 and ; per delivery confirmation, it was delivered to him on March 22, 2006. He never sent the item I ordered. He emails me that he is sending next week. This has been going on since March. He no longer answers emails. This company is using the I Tunes and I Pod names to foster a scam website selling fake memberships for download music. After paying for a 2 year membership with a PayPal account all I got was an email confirming that my money had been paid to Advanced Telecom Inc. and that my funds went to a "non-US based company". I answered a trial ad where I was to pay for postage of $4.95 for one bottle of Aci Power trial and they sent me two other items the hoodiburst gum and charged me $9.95 and Hoodiawater and charged me $29.95. I never authorized these charges nor did I agree to purchase these items. Ebay item 230121445831. This seller, using the ebay seller name raxsolutions, located in Missoula, Montana USA is selling website graphics and instead of shipping them on a CD to buyers, they are sending a digital download link to buyers. Ebay banned all digital downloads last March. Since there are millions of listings, eBay obviously can't catch all the sellers who sneak by them and violate their rules.
