I ordered a free trial whitening teethes online at www.bellabrite.com and i paid for delivery only $4.87. I received the free trial with the complete program that i didn't order it. I have been charged after 10 days on my credit card with $78.41. I called customer service and they said that if i don't need the complete set i have to return it and I'm going to get the refund of $78.41 after they get the package back and if it's not damaged. Today i have been charged again with $19.60 because my shipment was crushed. I didn't get the refund back. I would like to get my money back because i didn't use the product. read full review »

Two years ago, I purchased some items for my baby boy. Several of the items sent were not what I ordered. Either the sizes were smaller than I had wanted or in the case of one item, they sent a girls shirt! So, I returned the items, they didn't credit me for the items I returned. I emailed them for a credit with no response.
Now they have charged me $79.99 for something I didn't buy. Not once, but TWICE! It appears that I am not the only one, based on the number of complaints I have read about online.

I ordered The Shield Seasons 1-6 for $160 & 3 weeks later finally received the dvd's, but they were damaged as 3 dvd holders with 5-6 dvd's each were sent only in a bubble wrap 8 x 10 envelope. I decided I would check the dvd's out & see what I had. Definately a Bait & Switch Scam.
Once you call in because they have not shipped your order nor contacted you regarding why, they begin the sales pitch and insist that you cancel your original order and reorder. No way to get the original price as confirmed.
When you call in, they ask for your credit card number (again) to confirm the order. They begin selling, edit your order, quote a final charge that totals more than the itemized quoted pricing, and insist on cancelling the order because you want items removed.

I was looking for a roommate and authorized 5.95 in charges. Then I looked at my credit card statement and found a charge of 29.95. I emailed them immediately and asked them to reverse the charge. However, they refused to and said that I had authorized it. I told them I was going to contact my credit card company if they didn't reverse the charge, which is what I am in the process of doing. Don't waste your time with this company - they'll screw you and they obviously realize that they are doing it because they are so unprofessional about it and have done it to many others. read full review »

Today I noticed a pending transaction for $16.95 for something called My Easy Saver, with a toll-free telephone number on my on-line check account statement. I have never heard of Easy Saver nor have I ever joined.

In September of 2006 I set up a contract with Jeff Roach of Elink Media for a CPA email campaign. I sent them over $7, 000 for a "deposit" that any remaining balance after the email campaign finished. when the campaign finished at the end of October, over $4, 000 balance was left over. what a joke. my husband purchased items back in Nov 2007. total amount for all (from two stores) was 350.00 and change. The items from one store arrived late but in okay shape. i also had a simerler problem, the pop up told me there was viruses on the computer, so i went out and bought anti-virus software but the pop up still wouldnt allow me onto the internet so i agreed to pay the £49.99 they requested. there were no viruses on my computer and thus the programme did nothing, i was also charged £108.99. this happened the day after my baby was born and put me into debt with my bank, why haven't they been stopped from 'trading'?? read full review »

I get constant popups that start with a yellow one of the yellow triange with an exclamation mark and "System performance monitor: Warning" saying our system performance is slowed by 47% and internet connection speed decreased by 39% probably due to spyware or adware, then suggesting I "click on this aloon" (sic) to dowload spyware scan tool to remove... I was bill for 10 dollars for no reason. Called their help desk, guess where, India, and recieved nothing but double talk and BS. I asked for a contact in the USA and was told there wasn't one. They told me to fax in my complaint, probably to the dead letter pool. I had to cancel my credit card. Luckily, by back has a good customer service department and they are actually in the USA. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Last year's order was fraught with problems but my daughter was told to plant and wait. So, when it was clear several plants were not viable, she asked for a refund. But she needed labels and dead plants sent back so she accepted a voucher which could not be used until this year since it gets far too hot to use mail service in summer. This company is bilking honest people of their money. Keep an eye on your account. If you notice it is being charged to your debit card then you will immediately need to cancel the card and fill out a fraud form with your bank. This can take awhile but at least you will get your money back. If your bank is unresponsive close your account and go to another bank. I was charged just under $70. I purchased ONE item on e-bay for $85.00 using PayPal and I have inundated with scam artists trying to tap into my previously owned PayPal account to purchase items. I signed up and paid almost $1, 000 to have them investigate and get my felony record sealed or expundged. I received very few e-mails back from them and then at the last I received one saying in the state of Ohio a record can only be given a clemency by the governor. From my understanding this is very hard to get and so my case was dropped.
These people are felons themself so why are they allowed to come off as trying to help when all they do is steal you money.

On June 17, 2008, I investigated many free laptop websites. I found laptoprewardcenter.com, and I immediately looked into obtaining a free Apple MacBook Pro. All that was required was that I complete 10 promotional offers with other companies within 30 days. The same day, I contacted them via email (the only source of communication available from the website) to ask a question about conditions I had to meet in order to obtain the free laptop.
