I placed an order with Reddix.com and somehow my debit card information ended up on the Primetime Savings Clubwebsite. I may have very well errored in using the Reddix website but when I attempted to correct the problem, I caught hell. The Customer Service Company, which they hire to deal with customers, gave me an incorrect phone number and website to may contact with Primetime Savings. Luckily, I am a longer term customer at my bank and was able to correct matters on this end. I have learned my lesson and will not make online purchases from unknown merchandisers online. I was charged $16.95 by Essentials for Home (800)475-1942 and $16.95 from Value Plus (888)833-7279. I was finally able to reach Essentials for Home and customer service cancelled the "memberships" and refunded the money. I have no idea how this happened, but I believe it was from an online order. I received an email that offered me a Rebate Business on line if I paid $197.00. I asked them if they were a member of the Better Business Bureau and where if Cyprus, Nicosia. It must be on another planet or in Never Never Land because I asked about there location at least 8 times in the CHAT conversation. They never answered my question.
