I ordered a Lion King DVD. Never received my DVD, and never received my refund for it to date. The only way to get intouch w/ this company is by e-mail. Virus causes a popup after you have made an online purchase with a credit card. The Virus persists locking out the execution of all programs including the Task Manager until you submit a request for the purchase their antivirus software at which point they charge your credit card account for $99.99 but do not deliver any antivirus software. I bought a Instruction kit for a job. They told me I could get my money back if it was not something I wanted to do. I read the book, talked to the representation, Michael Holt, and even talked to his supervisor. After all that I told them it was not what they told me the job was originally and I wanted my money back. A few days later I basically had to format and reinstall the operating system in computer because virus and spyware did get installed on my computer and it got very slow.
