I ordered a weather breaker for a mobility scooter. After several telephone calls, the item was sent by mail and received on December 31st. It was a Christmas gift. Terrible business dealings. They sent my sticker, which was full of scratches to my billing address instead of my shipping address. When I confronted them about it, they continued to blame the address switch on me. Customer is always wrong in their opinion. No attempt to make things right was made. On August 8th, 2010 I ordered hair care products, which I paid $87.80 (incl shipping). The goods never arrived. After tons of emails to which the company did not respond to, I tried to phone (am an expat living in Shanghai, China), no way to get to talk to a person. Every time I go to my feed on Facebook an ad pops up from ads2srv at the top, or it leaves a space the same size. Also there are spam ads on the right margin.
