I was interested to see what others had written, as this company approached us last year and we signed up with them, but decided to cancel our arrangement. This was done within the initial one month period (as stated in their terms) and thus sufficient notice was given to cease their 'services' immediately. They then took a further payment from us, citing the fact we had not cancelled 'in accordance with their terms.' We had (as their terms) cancelled in writing (by e-mail, such was then printed off and posted). They... read full review »

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!! The "UGG" boots that you will receive are clearly fake and nothing like they are advertised on their website! I own real Uggs and on first glance i was so disappointed as they are nothing as advertised. Tag on the back of the boots were a different colour to the ones on the website and also states that the boots will arrive in a genuine box with a certificate. NOPE!! Wrong again. How disappointed can you get? Very! No answer from 0203 2869493. THat didn't really surprise me. Total rip off! Biggest... read full review »

I paid $109 for the capsules, they took my money but they never sent the capsules to me. I sent emails several times to ask what's going on but nobody replay back. I called the number they have an their website but at that number they have a robot voice informing you about their site and about the revolutionary weight loss capsules. Even if they will send me now the capsules I will just return them because honestly I can't trust them any more. God knows what really those capsules contain. I'm going to file a fraud report and get my money back but I want to let people know the truth about this site. read full review »

They advertise that they are free. After you register [they need your card info to verify your age] they e-mail you with an upgrade offer that will be free for the first month and if not canceled will be billed at 50.94 automatically. I canceled 10 days early and they charged me for the next month anyway [they submitted the bill to helptalks.com that day. When I contacted helptalks they could only allow me access to a website for another month [which I don't want] and promise not to charge me again. Stay away from this site, they were dishonest with me. read full review »

Company claims orders are shipped via USPS when they are actually shipped using an outside order fulfillment company that is poorly run. On 1/26/1011 I re3cie3ved a "shipment confirmation' and tracking number. As of tonight 1/28/2011 the USPS has yet to be given the order. Blucig does not mention a third party shipper anywhere in their website of correspondence. I have reported this issue to Postal Inspector Fraud Service, Better Business Bureau, and IC3 FBI Fraud Bureau. read full review »

Stay away from this site. It is very aggressive. you get an email from "Airline Promo" that says "fly for free on southwest airlines" If you go to the site and discover what it is and decide you do not want to take advantage of their offer it will not let you go. You have to get out by quiting the internet and that is only successful after several tries. The offer is one of those deals where you are submitted to lists of thing to buy or credit cards to open and you must buy three or four things to qualify for the free airline travel. read full review »

I told her that I would monitor my account for the refund and contact them again if it was not received. read full review »

The site promises a free trial for two weeks to watch anime. In reality, these shows can be seen for free. Second, when the trial is over, payment or working for them is required to view these shows. Again, waste of time and money. They say that their site has no viruses. It is most likely true, but the amount to subscribe to their website is about the same amount you can use to get decent virus protection software. Don't pay these guy to watch something that they do not own. read full review »

If you don't go for their extras they jack up the price of the camera. I got charged $44 more for the listed price on the camera I bought and they said they gave me a package deal.
