Contacted them on 6/1/11 as still no sign & completed form to state lost in post. Emailed following day to confirm new items would be ordered & sent. Received 1x game 18/1 but that's it. My wife got an email from this site believing it was from USA today, which it wasn't. When she clicked on a page for a free sample of some skin cream she got a message which would not allow her to get out of the page. When we forceably closed down the PC after nothing else worked we were not able to get the PC to start normally. Avoid shopping at this website at all costs. I made the mistake of trying to order a Christmas present from the site and it was the most frustrating experience. Shipping took a full four weeks. Every time I e-mailed them they would give me no information and told me that since shipping is "free" (which it really wasn't) I shouldn't complain. Ordered a ring in September and they still could not confirm a delivery date in November so I asked for a refund. Now mid January and despite numerous phone calls (when you can get through) and emails I am still waiting for my money back. Court action is now my only option. This website is set up to look like the real College website, but it really just sells your information. I filled out the application, thinking it was a little different from the other college websites. I order a $25 ebgames electronic gift card on 1/21/2011 for my son's friend's birthday on 1/23/2011. I was told I'd received the card via email within 24 hours, plenty of time before the party. I should have been suspicious when the owner would not name the specific restaurants or foods we would get when I called. She just said, Mexican, French, Italian. She said we would walk about 1 mile. I would say that overall, this site is quite suspicious. I've been watching it on and off for a few days and there are 2 bidders who seem to have endless wallets. Their names are yulicos and tkatrob.
