I am writing to complaint about a 851 SEK charge on my bill made by the swedish company SweBus, and I hope you can help me to solve this. I have the exact same experience as others. I order a very cheap sample. It never arrives. They charge another 49.90. The sample arrives, which is said to last for 30 days but is totally gone in 8 days! Then I manage to log on to their site and unclick "automatic shipping" but they still charge another 69.90 USD. The company Official Tickets liased with Tickets-4U in the UK does not comply with refunding money when an event has been moved. A wild goose chase through several email addresses occurrs when asking for a refund (Euro 500) and no names are given or qustions aswered.
