this company offers a 30 day money back guarantee if your not happy. it didn't work after 10 days of use so to get your money back you first have to ask for a returns number. there is no phone number so you have to email. several emails over a 10 day period i had no reply. i had no choice as my 30 days would run out so i sent it back recorded delivery. they recieved it within the 30 days. i haven't had a refund and sent several emails. they received it on 18th august so i would expect to at least have a reply by now let alone my refund. any advice for what to do next? read full review »

I placed an order for a Tungsten C charger at the beginning of July 2009. They did not have the item in stock so, without consultation, sent me a car charger and a car charger/mains conversion plug. Well, I don't have a car and that isn't good enough. So I returned the item within 1 week, asked them for a refund, and have now sent numerous E-mails and a letter. After purchasing a bracelet from these people I then ended up not receiving it. I contacted them via email but all emails were bounced back so I contacted them through the secure credit card company they use and eventually someone did come back to me with a tracking number. I managed to track the parcel which had no label on it just york!! I managed to retrieve the parcel far too late for me to give as a gift (i'd already bought something else) to find horrendous cheap fake bracelet.
