I have recently went on facebook and joint the mystery shopper site, which has taken money out of my bank for a free kit, they took £2.48 + £1 overseas handling charge which i was fully aware of. Waited to receive the email i was told i would with all the details i needed but got nothing. Today a further charge of £46.56 + £1 has gone out of my account which i was not aware of and was never told about. I now cannot contact the company with the means of cancelling the account by phone or any other means. I bought a Nokia N97 for $164.28 Paid through Paypal, when phone arrived we noticed that it is fack Gprs in Chinese and only few functions. I ask seller at Trademic to either we return this to him or give us paritial refund . He agreed to refund $50.00 but when paypal closed the case, the seller changed his mind. I am geting no where . Using this download crashed my pc and having to pay for a fix I found there was no redress and certainly no refund. Further enquiries uncovered that this product is unlikely to cure registry problems. Beware this could be a scam as no individuals are listed in reviews. Be prepared to write off losses. This person was know to our branch for some time. He often brought vehicles in to be valued and inspected under the "for free scheme". One day he visited to have his own vehicle inspected, serviced and vehicle testing (MOT) to which as we had all become quite familiar with Jay as he was known then, let him have 30 days credit. I was searching on internet when this purple tab appeared in front of me offering Free Trial Acai Berrry Detox tablets for only £3.95 what seems to be a good deal for me as I am a full time student and I paid this amount using my Visa card on 06/07/09. Two weeks later (24/07/09)I was charched £75.66 and money were taken from my account without my permission. I just found out that my "monthly" hosting deal with Fasthosts was actually an 18month contract!!! It was way down - really way down - in the small print (accessed by the terms and conditions link). How very deceptive! No mention at all was made up-front of a long term contract. Surely a vital piece of information for a purchaser!!! Very, very disappointing behaviour. I Ride a Harley Davidson Motorcycle and I wear an open face Helmet. I went to my local BP garage to fill up with ultimate as usual. I booked a hotel through Roomsnet.com and upon my arrival at the hotel I was told that my booking had been cancelled by Roomsnet.com the previous day. I had to pay again at the hotel and was told by Roomsnet that they would refund me the money. Nearly 4 weeks have now passed and I have only been given a partial refund and only got that after phoning almost every single day of my holiday. What a rip off. When ordering this FREE trial, at no point did I have to accept T&C before submitting order. If I had I would have checked. No information about charges if you decide to keep product. I went to get a breakfast this morning and it came with a hash brown. I got half-way through the hash brown until I had a tangy and strange taste in my mouth. When I spat it out to see what it was, it didn't look like it was supposed to be part of the menu. When I pulled the hash brown apart, there was another section of it. A maggot. Myself and my husband went into the store 30/7/09 for a digital camera of which I explained to the sales assistant that I would need to purchase on that day as I was 2 days over due in my pregnancy and hadn't time to wait for one. Keep well away from this bunch of incompetent cowboys! I rented a car from them for Malaga, Spain. My wife only has a licence to drive an automatic car so we orderd an automatic. This company took a postage payment for a product which I bought over the internet, offering a FREE trial. Apparently, they say that in the small print of the transaction - which I did not see, you have to write to them within 15 days to stop any further payments being taken. Email is not acceptable. I ordered 5 items from this company, I live in the UK and they are based in the US. About 3-4 weeks later I received 2 of the goods with a note saying that if I hadn't received the rest of the order in the next few days I would receive a refund. I have contacted the company via email, there is no telephone number and nobody has come back to me at any time. I placed the order mid June and paid via paypal. Paypal cannot take any action.
