My girlfriend bought a bed from them in January. They told her it would be delivered within 2 weeks 'guaranteed'. After 10 days when asked where it was they said it would be one more week. This went on for another 3 weeks. they refused to refund saying we had to wait until it came. We had to sleep on the floor for over two weeks when we moved into our new house. I parked in Halfords own car park and spent 1hr 4 mins to select and purchase a GPS worth GBP 200. Today I received a parking fine of GBP 50 from their own parking company, stating I had exceeded the maximum time of 30 mins for their customers.
