Hi all, i wish i had found this site earlier, first i have been looking for a movie download site i tried one and it basically offered addresses for limewire which is free anyway but i managed to get a refund. I was searching for another and the Butterfly network offered downloads of 5 minutes (nonsense) when i signed up all i got was, you know it limewire, emule etc all of which are free anyway. Having purchased a pair of Reebok Classic training shoes from a local store my daughter was having trouble keeping the Velcro fastened on inspection the stitching was coming away and the Velcro attachment was insufficient for the shoe to stay closed, unfortunately when we went to return the shoes we could not find the till receipt and therefore are stuck with a pair of shoes which cost £21.99 in a sale, normally £26.99,that my child can not wear and I was just wondering if the company could help us out? I bought a dvd from tv box set which turned out to be copied from television/cable broadcasts and not original goods as advertised. It took over two months to arrive, but I was not too worried since any emails I sent were answered quickly. I ordered another copy of the dvd from UltimateDVDshop which has not arrived, nor has any confirmation email been sent to me. I'd assumed the transaction had not taken place but the money was taken from my credit card. Brantano, the crumbles, Eastbourne, East Sussex. I bought a pair of astroturfs from this Brantano store about 3 months ago and i haven't used them that much but they are pretty much falling apart. The whole of the base is coming off and i would not expect that to happen with a pair of $40 nike astroturfs. I was given a password but have not been able to log on, the message I keep getting is there is no record of me being a member. Thursday 9th Aug 2007 notice my phone was dead. check all point and phones, plugged in new phone, still not working. On my way out the house I seen and virgin media van spoke to the gentleman to find out if my phone as gone off as a result of his work. I was recently traveling by Kingfisher Airline to Bangalore as I was really surprised as to how snobbish their crew was. It took me four attempts to ask the crew for a glass of water, the crew were not at all busy and I could see them chit chatting away to glory in the rear of the aircraft, after much fuss, I was given a glass of water as if I was given some alms. When I asked for a feedback form, I was denied for that as well. This is a rubbish airline giving rubbish service, I'd still prefer to fly on Indian or Jet Airways as their service is a million times better. read full review »

We have been having nothing but trouble with this company since they 'blocked' my wife's account when she tried to use her card in Russia (even though we had told them that she was going to visit her parents)! Over a week and a half ago i ordered an id card from this website and payed £29.00 for this through ukash, they said that my order would be processed within 48 hours, they sent me a confirmation email saying that when the money transfer had been cleared they would process my order. I have not yet received the id card and when i try to go onto their website i cannot find it, its as if it has been removed! I placed an order for shutters with Hillary's on 17th April. I was informed by the rep that they would be 6-8 weeks. After 16 weeks of not hearing anything I contacted the Customer Care line (26th July) to be told that they had "they have just arrived in the country today". Following is an account of our problems with Mayan Palace. We bought a time share two years ago and are finding it impossible to make reservations at Puerto Vallart, Nuevo Vaillarta, Mayan Riviera, Acapulco (mayan palace) even though we logging onto the web site at one minute after midnight 6 months prior as required. We finally got a reservation at the Sea Garden. However our time share was bought for Mayan Palace. This makes this time share a scam or fraud. I Have recently sent a mobile back for repair, it was sent on the 25/06/07 i have not received the phone back as yet, i do understand about the 10 day turn around but i just kept getting told different things by your call center. No one seemed to want to help me. Surely someone could find out if my phone had got there?
