Hi, I am really pissed off with Nokia service at Priority dealer at New BEL road, Bangalore. First of all if we are giving any hand sets to that show room they will not give any kind of service acknowledgment and this happens at the time of paying service charges they doesn't give us bill for servicing and without rectifying the phone they just cheat the customers... Bensons for beds - Kingsgate East Kilbride branch. My experience with Bensons for Beds is very similar to the other complaint about their lack of service and faulty goods on this site. In the first week of june 2007 i ordered a E900 samsung pay as you go mobile of the t-mobile web site, i have never received this phone. I have been told that it was signed for on the 9th of june 2007. I was told to fax t-mobile with a copy of my driving license so they could verify my signature. I done this over 3 weeks ago & even after endless calls i have not received anything, I was told last week by justin in REDE 1, that he would phone me back, but i am still waiting they have took the money out of my account. Only to find out u cant download the movies it takes you to other sites that you can purchase for free. There no customer care you mail this site with no reply. Made an order on this website 3 weeks ago. Nothing received. When I called the number on the website answer was "Hullo". Young man did not ask my name but said he would cancel my order as they no longer take credit cards. Today website is still showing all cards accepted. All sounds very dodgy and he sounded extremely unprofessional saying he would cancel my order without ever asking who I am. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. On June 18th I rented a car from Budget @ the White Plains airport with the scheduled return to Daytona BEach but a possible return back to the originating rental location. I was told by the counter person "No Problem, just bring it back here if you fly home". He never told me to call and change my reservation. Having bought a servis dishwasher and sending off the guarantee it broke down took them two weeks to come out then two weeks for the part then a further week to come and fix it worked for three weeks. Last Wed morning , 20 Jun 07, I was on a bus No: 381, registration BX54DHP, in Canada Water / Surrey Quays area, with my 8-months old baby going to a play group. The driver was driving extremely harsh, roughly and sharply, so that my baby kept hurting his head against the pushchair bar and was crying because of the pain! A friend and myself recently booked a holiday package through last minute.com. This was for a weekend trip to Barcelona with hotel and flight included. I viewed an Internet site a year ago that required a debit card to view information on the site. I did this and was charged 69.99. I thought this was very expensive as I only wanted to trace family members and the information was a 10 minute read! They have now debited my account another £79.95 a year later! I am very upset about the bus service. I reside in Southall and I usually have to take bus to Southall station, however most of the time the bus driver dont stop the bus on Sussex road stop even if you request them to stop. It happens quiet often now because of which I have faced difficulties. I work part time for a charity and have been dealing with this company for 6 weeks now. They refuse to give a refund and have sent a replacement which is also faulty. I am not used to music sites and thought that because of the copyright laws i would have to pay to download music. i went into limewire, but money has been taken out of my account by music for members. I joined limewire.co.uk at expected cost of£19.88 for one year. I did not request their 'download protection' or 'netspyprotector option' software as I already have software on my PC for these functions. I bought the phone from my local 02 shop in Lancaster, the speaker became difficult to hear with distorted sound. I took the phone back after 6 months and they refused to replace it, they sent it away to their repair agent who said it was unrepairable as there was fluid ingress which I dispute. On March 19th I have entered a panda-ib site in an attempt to download antivirus software. Prices quoted were outside my range and I have terminated the procedure without downloading the software.
