I bought a Sony W595i on contract from Orange. During guarantee it failed to work and I sent it to Sony for repair. Sony could not repair it and sent me a reconditioned phone. This worked for one day and I sent it back, to be told that the LCD was broken and it was not under guarantee. I am trying to tell them that this is not my phone and it must have already been broken. I live in London and I signed up for a tooth whitening product trial online via adverts on facebook which cost only a one off payment of £5. On 9th December I placed an order for a free trial of Absolute AciBerry and Effective Cleanse Antioxidant the add on the website stasted that all I had to pay was postage. I received confirmation of my order via email which stated that I would be charged a total of AU $11.10. On the 29th December 2 charges appeared on my credit card of AU $139.27, this was a total of AU$278.54. So far I have only received the Acai Berry. When I attempted to contact the company on the number provided on the invoice and emails, the number is no longer in use. I now have to cancel my credit card to stop further charges. I never before in my life wrote complaints in internet, so this will be my first time. Because this awful company charged me 364 dollars to my credit card, didn't collect the items the day I booked and then they tried to collect it when I was absent (without my authorization), a few days later!! In the recent past we've had good luck with the plumbing crew from Aspect Maintenance. However, we didn't have such good fortune with their gas heater work. The guy changed the circuit board that is supposed to regulate the heat, but instead of doing that, it just starts and stops all the time independent of setting making it impossible to get a decent hot shower or to bathe our toddler unless we're lucky enough to catch it at the right time. Scam site be warned - no goods arrived, ordered in October 2009, and emailed on a regular basis I did get an email from RADI to say my Chanel Fragrance was on its way, then another to say they were changing suppliers as they wanted to avoid fakes hence the delay in deliveries !!! I signed up for a Dazzle White teeth whitener trial - supposedly at a price of approx £5. i was in fact charged £15 and then a further £80 for not cancelling my subscription. I rang up to complain and was told i was too late to cancel it for that month but it would be cancelled for future months. i was charged a further £80 and then a random charge of £15 which all showed up on my statement as being from Uni Freshwell (based in Cyprus!?!) this seemed to be the last payment taken by them but then a further payment of £15 has now been taken from a company called Sup World Fit.
