I have had a very bad experience with dresssale.co.uk, firstly they are based in China, not the UK. I ordered a wedding dress and a bridesmaids dress, they looked absolutely beautiful on the website. Jewelry returned to store purchased from within the required 14 day period. Store issued typed printed receipt. The store receipt indicated that it was issued to my daughter. No indication on receipt that it needed to be used within a certain time period. Thus it should have been as good as cash. My daughter tried to use the credit at the store yesterday and was told that since the store could not find it in their computer they would not honor it. Hewlette Packard's product quality and customer service are shockingly poor, to the point of being criminal. I purchased a high end HP desktop in December of 2009 at a cost of over $1200. The owner of this site e-mails the night before the event to say the tickets you thought you purchased are no longer available. The tickets he tries to sell you instead are at least double the original ticket amount. There is a clause on the order form and the receipt that if your original tickets are no longer available then you agree to accept equivalent or better seats at the same price.. He DOES NOT stand behind this claim. You will be screwed over. It happened to me twice for a concert and a hockey game. Very Misleading!!! - I paid $9.00 for what I thought was crocheting instructions for an infant headband.
