Fed Ex had this bright idea about doing Fed Ex load drivers up with a truck load of delivers and we didnt get them done then the next morning you will have to go to the OFFICE where two mangers will be questioning you about bring packages back and why did you bring so many. Before you leave DOT you cant be on the road no longer that 14 hours per day but you are told to change your start time before you leave cutting out 2 or 3 hours you already been working. I too have been scammed by American Standards online. As of today the company is giving me the refund of $199. Persistence is the key. I called them about 10 times and I had my banks fraud dept call them and spoke 3 way with American standards. I kept telling them that the State of Ohio has a 3 day contract cancellation.
