I bought not just one but TWO pairs of Timberland PRO work boots. They were not cheap (~$110 a pair) and were oil resistant, slip resistant, electrical shock resistant with steel toes. The soles disintegrated and cracked in multiple place all the way through. The upper leather and leather lace eyes were fine, but the soles were dangerous. I used them for construction work, hiking and walking around town and they should NOT have disintegrated and cracked. The rubber in the soles is clearly inferior. Too bad they don't make the shoes in the USA anymore. Twice burned... I hope my new Red Wings last longer. read full review »

I got a phone call on the 25th of November asking when I was going to make a payment, they left a message. My payment was due to day earlier, I had called to make the payment but there was no answer to the phone - understood due to Thanksgiving of course. I've used this company for about four years and no problems until a month ago. We are a seasonal business (sell at art shows) and aremainly closed for business 7 months out of the year. Pipeline Data (P.D.) allowed us to deactivate our account during our shutdown so we would not have to pay fees for statements, etc. This notice can be sent by fax which we have but no one from P.D. will acknowledge our fax. We do have proof the fax connected as we send our faxes through The UPS store and the provide proof.

On September 2, 2010, I returned my leased 2007 Infinity FX35 to the dealership. The vehicle was in near-perfect condition, therefore, no charges were assessed for excessive wear. I even purchased 4 new tires for this vehicle 9 months before the lease-end date.
During the lease period, we never missed a single payment, nor were any of our payments ever submitted late.

We had lots of money spent on having the Duraceramic floor installed in the kitchen 4 years back (in 2006), attracted by the appearance of the material and lifetime wearout warranty. Two months ago I bought a twin extra long pillow top mattress from Jerome's furniture on Morena Blvd. in San Diego. The sales person convinced me that I should have this fancy Diamond Clover Twin bed set with a plush top. He said it was a great mattress for side sleepers like myself. Their receipts and cashiers don't state the open items return policy. You only hear about it after you get to the store to open the product. I had to get over $100 of store credit. When I created a new email campaign the email would be in an endless loop counting down to zero, starting all over, and never sending. I emailed the company. I bought Need For Speed For the PS 3 on Black Friday and when I opened it I found a Memorex DVD -R Disc inside of the case. I tried to exchange it the same day they refused. I see no reason why I could not have exchanged it since it was with in an hour after I bought it. I then got so mad that I threw the disc and case cover into their garbage in the exchange area. I am extremely disapointed in Target for treating me in this matter. I feel you as Target management should correct this problem. They were not supervised well by upper management in Crossmark. I sold her morkie puppy and after having it for 4 days, she failed to feed the puppy enough and she also let her kids play with the puppy constantly, waking it up all day, not letting it sleep and rest. the puppy was 10 weeks old and only weighe 2.1 lbs. After she had the puppy for 4 days it only weighed 1.7 lbs and had clearyl lost 3/4 of a pound. The puppy was diagnosed with hypoglycemia and nothing else.
