I initially got this via a spam email (i should have know at this point) but the prices seemed too good to be true. I ordered a product (at this point i was still skeptical) as i had to pay via a weston union payment to China. They were extremely professional about the service, until they collected the money from a weston union agent. They gave a fake delivery tracking number, mentioned the product had been stuck with customs and i had to pay them 200USD to release it. I ordered a dry ice maker on June 4th for $475. In July we hadn't received the item. The charge appeared on my AMEX statement so I called ScienceLabs.com and was told the item wouldn't be shipped till August. The website should have indicated a delivery delay or sent me an explanation for non-delivery. ScienceLabs did neither. On August 4th I inquired a second time about delivery.
