The is no way out once your in. They charge your credit card even after you attempt to deactivate the account. There is no way to deactivate your account. even after you follow there process- nothing happens. There is no Phone number, no Address. Just e-mail that delivers the same message over and over again. I bought a spa cover from j3 cover company in Ontario. They clam the covers are made in canada, but that is questionable as they refuse to disclose the factory location. Some of the stitching was ripped out of the box. I want to take it back and have it fixed, but they say I can only ship it back at my own expense. I got quotes for shipping and its around $100! Do not purchase anything from this website. This is a scam. We had guests coming into town to stay with us. Both my wife and I became ill and, not wanting them to catch our bug, decided to put them up in a motel at our expense. I went several times last week at 5:30 am on my way into work to get coffee, and every time the coffee machine was not working. I work at Lowe's in the same parking lot as McDonald's and Starbucks.
