I went to have my hair color lightened. I was given a qoute of $65 and 2 hours in the salon. What I got was spending 5 1/2 hours in the salon only to be over charged and leave in tears with orange, copper, red hair...which I clearly explained I can't stand ANY of those shades. My family went on a Carnival cruise October 20-25 which included my one year old daughter, husband and parents. When you buy tickets to an event (I bought mine through TicketTurbo), be aware that Jeff, who runs Windy City Roadtrips, doesn't have the tickets he is selling. Desert Schools sent out duplicate payments from my online checking account. In short, their online banking software does not give accurate customer information in a clear and logical manner. The information given on one interface is different on information on another interface, thus creating serious issues, such as sending out duplicate payments. The system as a whole seems to still be in Beta mode, is not ready for business use, very substandard, somewhat difficult to use. Yet, Desert Schools has thus far not admitted fault. the providers, who own several nursing homes in ohio, do not have a customary charge for their services.they charge the total ammount an individuale insurance will cover. ie: if your ins. will pay up to 8000$, providers will charge that ammount. if your ins. only pays 5000$ then thats what they will charge.they are in the business of making money. read full review »

I bought a full size Red Devil vacuum cleaner about 3 months ago. I lost the receipt & no store or business will let you return of even fix it w/o one.
