Although the practice exams I've used do seem to be functional in terms of preparing me for the real exam, getting any usable assistance from their support department is difficult at best. My experience has been that they always send back a scripted response rather than actually reading your description of the problem, and trying to offer targeted suggestions. Consumer beware. This company is extremely poorly managed, and their business practices are questionable at best. This tourism agency is a joke. You really need to be on top of everything they do or say they will do. They apparently reserved 2 nights in Dublin for us this summer when U2 was in town, no, it didn't happen and the town was sold out solid. Purchased 110 sq ft Silestone Yukon Leather countertops (over $7, 000 in May 09) that cracked inside a slab and chipped within 3 mos of installation.
