I had recently used my bank account for payments EFT. After cancelling that option of payment and for two months had been paying check by mail. The second month i had paid my bill, was also in a three way auto accident. When I called my car insurance, they told me that my policy had been cancelled two days prior, for lack in payment. They wanted an extra $8.90 for the month that i was unaware of. However, they cashed my check that i sent them, and now i owe the other car insurance over 20K since my car insurance is not keeping up their end of service. I visited a Sears Outlet store a week and a half ago to find a Coin-Operated washing machine on sale. After speaking with a sales rep with no indication of any problems besides some scratches, I purchased the item and set up delivery times. Come to find out a week and half later after missing 3 scheduled delivery times, due to no product, the item is still on the sales floor, but broken. This company is a complete scam. They took funds out of my account WITHOUT authorization. I NEVER even visited this website. I Keith J.Robertson moved in to the apartment on april 17, 2010. First night in the apartment, contractors were up stairs fixing a pipe in another apartment upstairs.
