I purchased a kitten on August 31, 2010 for my daughter's birthday. After seeing the kitten, I was reluctant to buy but felt sorry for him because of how underweight he was and how bad his fur looked. They made a third party charge to my phone bill without my authorization. I called them as soon as I saw the charge on my phone bill and they cancelled my account but they said they could not credit my account and they had already sent another charge to my phone bill the day before. The person who they said authorized the charge was someone I had never heard of. AT&T was very helpful and recommended I file a complaint with the FCC who recommended I file a complaint with the FTC, which I did. This has easily been the worst experience I have had as a consumer. I had the misfortune of trusting this company and rented a house for 1 year @1300 per month. The security deposit was also 1300.
