This company says they can get your mortgage modified to a low fixed rate. They guarantee in writing if they accept you as a client they will get your mortgage modified or they will refund your money. They charge you $3000.00 in 3 equal payments. We paid them and after 3 months they said the mortgage company wouldn't work with them b/c we were not behind in our payments so they told us to stop making payments. This shipping company charged me $300 extra to ship my vehicle from Los Angeles to Fayetteville. Incompetent and selfish - I ordered a phone to be delivered to one of their stores, I went there and they said the delivery failed, they later sent me an email to say that it is now at the store (at their own convenience) so I shud go pick it up. Bogus web site - This web site shows a demo that has multiple shipping points and destinations that are bogus. When the fee is paid, and access is granted, there are no actual shippers in any state to anywhere. You lose your $20 sign up fee, or the $120 for the year. There are no valid shippers on the site. User names are stolen from somewhere, or created from scratch. When one attempts to contact the shipper on the list, there is never an answer. In some cases, the carpool users on this site have their carpool request echoed on the shipping side. This is the slickest scam I have ever seen. read full review »

This is a total scam. The website sells subscription to find housesitting jobs. When you log in, all they have is superintendents jobs for apartments and to top it all of, they are very few and far between. I could get the same jobs through classified ads. They impression the give prior to signing, is housesitting and caretaking throughout the world. Shame - One thing clear from the start this is a moan. How can one resolve something with the above when they are ignoring emails? This site is a charity for carers; I am a carer for my wife and a member there. Over a month ago I emailed about a small matter and since then the ignoring has gone worse.
