Tripmate switched policies and did not honor the "cancel for no reason" policy. My wife and I scheduled a trip with our local church to Israel (Nov 18-27 2010). We paid a total of $6952 for two fares of which $438 was for travel insurance. Under the provisions of the contract you cannot pay for the trip insurance until all of the monies for the trip are paid. It appears that the 800 number is just for show as nothing ever seems to get resolved. The customer service forwards the complaint to the hotel, which then nothing ever happens and then customer service apologizes for the hotel. I have filed several complaints over the past year and had to live with unresolved issues, kind of sick of that. My advice to you is use another company of your choice and stay away from the Hilton chain of hotels if you like customer service. read full review »

This company built a house last year and claimed it would: "offsets minimum utility charges, and offsets mortgage payment" The house needs about 4, 000 more watts of solar on it to be net-zero (offset electric bill) and will never be able to offset the mortgage payment. They just finished another one (photos attached) and the signs claim it will: "eliminate gas & power bills" The house has a small (1.8kw) solar array and has a gas powered fireplace, gas powered range, gas powered hot water heater and a gas powered furnace. I purchased a White Gold chain that was sold to me as a 2.7mm chain. When I received it, it was just over 2.3mm. I contacted Sarraf and told them that they had accidentaly sent me the wrong width chain. (because they do sell as 2.3mm chain) After several correspondences it was explained to me that the 2.34mm chain was in fact the chain that they are selling as a 2.7mm chain. I explained that if I wanted the 2.3mm chain, I would have paid the cheaper price and got that chain. Instead I requested and paid for the 2.7mm chain!! One of mycell phones has been getting text messages that show up on my bill as Prem SMS 25209 Text messaging and Prem 258258 Celebrity squares LLC. The messages come to the phone and are deleted before opened, but the charge is 9.99 per message. The person who uses that phone went to a website to find out about Rules for child Abandonment and had to register on one of the sites. M Walter Roofing put a new roof on my home in July of this year. Their initial estimate was about $3500, and the final cost was over $5000. I was assured by the saleman (who actually walked the roof to give me the most accurate estimate) that at the most I would only need 2 or 3 sheets of plywood replaced, but the foreman on the job determined that over half of the plywood was bad. Last year we had purchased a home in this community known as WestPark. It was "run, " and I use that term loosely, by AAM, LLC. I had listed my motorhome for sell in a my local area. In a matter of days I was called by "Alan" from Classy Autos. He said they ONLY call folks that have their items priced to sell, and mine was one of those. His company would list the item in several selling venues and also on Ebay. It is so rediculous to have the lights at the momerial drive access to kendall sq, last longer for folks coming over the bridges vs the memorial drive main road. Every morning, it's disaster, accidents waiting to happen when they allow only 5 second lights on the main road and let the other intersecting roads have about 3 minutes with no cars there. the main road is terrible.
