I received good service up to the return of my DVD writer. My repair request was entered a full month before I received it back. I had to go to the store to ask them what was happening and received it there and then. Why had they not given me a call sooner nobody knows. I ordered a costume that was too large and went to the website to find out how to exchange the item and the return process information page told me to order the item that I wanted to replace the large costume, and then it would offer me a "return transaction" process link, but it never did. Took my car in to get the wires concealed. They where not suppose to touch any settings on anything. When I got the car back about 200m down the road got an electronic smell. It just so happened that they fiddled with the amp and blew the sub-woofer which was 2 days old. When I confronted them about it they just said that they take no responsibility for it. If I can give you advice take all things not needed for what you want done out of the vehicle as they will not take any responsibility for anything that is wrong with equipment after getting it back. I purchased a Viking stove from this seller on eBay, along with a range hood and backguard appropriate for said stove. I have yet to receive the appropriate backguard, almost 5 months after this seller took my payment. I took my vehicle for a routine state inspection. They failed the inspection saying I had a bad ball joint. "Deceptive Fraudulent Misrepresentation" I believe the FTC made them change their name from Warranty to protection. Bought Icon's Norditrack E7 SV prior to having knee surgery. Since then, probably have used unit for a total of 3 weeks. Something was always going wrong with unit. To Icon's credit they would ships parts, that unfortunatly didn't fix the multiple problems. After the 3 tech's visit, came to conclusion because of bent frame will never be fixed.
