I used Classic removals to move my mothers contents to DBN this past week. I made payment in advance and was advised that it was received and nothing was owing by Christelle. Amount R1810. On Saturday when my goods are to be delivered, I get a call from Maria Saying I owe them Over R2000. I ask to speak to the Manager, Absolutely Rude! I told him i can only sort the difference on Monday and he says he will put my stuff in storage, that would mean I have to pay storage as well. They blame the customers for their miscommuniction. I bought a ticket from them for travel to bangkok, They offer reduced fare business class. I paid by check. They took my credit card as security. I recently called the Board of Public Utilities to report fraud on a third party company but instead encountered a rude, poorly educated person who couldnt handle the complaint. As I was in the process of explaining my issue with this company that posed as pseg he became inpatient, raised his voice and ultimately hung up. I knew I was going to have to retire for health reasons and I would never again have the funds again to buy a new economical dependable truck so in 1998 I bought a brand new 1999 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually. I've got a 2008 Lincoln Navigator which we bought new. It now has 30, 000 miles on it. The A/C went out in July. In early August, we took it in to get repaired. It's under warranty. However the part they needed doesn't exist. Recently Santander Consumer USA took over mine and many other car loans from Citifinancial Auto. I always made my payments online when I was with Citifinancial. The payments were through Western Union and there was no charge to make these payments. The plumber (Enrique Jr.) came over to do some repairs to a leaky pipe. The work was completed, unfortunately, 3 days later, the leak sprung up again, this time even worse than before. Apparently the plumber (who claims to have over 10 years of experience) forgot to solder one of the joints to the pipeline and the leak became progressively worse.
