This company offered a groupon deal for six laser hair removal treatments for $149. There has been plenty of similar deals for the amount of treatments for a similar price. I purchased the groupon and called them to make an appointment a couple of days later. They told me that I would get a call back from the technician to schedule the fist appointment the next day. 1) Ocwen withdrew money on autopay, and then reported account delinquent for months. Damaged credit, started collection behaviors. Obnoxious and expensive.
2) Ocwen reported account delinquent, yet simultaneously reported never late. Denied making the report to credit agencies. Refused to fix. When complaint made to credit agencies, they claimed they were reporting correctly, so credit agency would not do anything. I signed up with Custom Built for 72 sessions to be paid over a nine month period which I paid in full. The company continued to charge my credit card pass the payment terms. All of my attempts to stop the charge failed and if I did not pay I would be sent to collections. Their behavior proved their unethical practices to deceive the customer and leave me with no choice but to spread negative publicity. about 3 months agao, I saw an ad for a trial offer of cellean on fox 30 news website, for a trial offer of this product, it said just pay 3.52, for shipping for a 14 day free trial of cellean, they did not tell you that that 14 days started the day they shipped it and it took 7 days to get to florida, never said u had to return trial offer, just took out 89.52 out of my credit card for an atomatic shipment which ai anever authorized, I ended up returning the free trial after they promised to return the 89.52 to my card and the supervisor on a... read full review »

Ripped OFF! Ordered two pairs of pearl diamond earrings in March. Paid $295. After 30 days, and many calls to customer service, found out items were not available. At that point I requested a refund. Kovatch contends that the product/tool that we made is incorrect, yet they don't want to fix those "alleged" errors. The money owed is $10, 000.00. I get roughly 10-12 advertising and/or spam emails per day from 100's of different companies through the email services of DLP & associates, PO Box 547, Walnut, CA 91788. I have been continuously opting out of every one of them every day. They say to allow 72 hours for their system to purge email addresses that wish to opt out, however this has been going on for about 2 months now. This is the worst school anyone could ever attend. After initialing reviewing the school for attendance and employment, I uncovered unethical proceedings that were taking place. There was no one in financial aid that could assist a student with what they qualified for in funding, but yet they were able to start their program, receive book, and receive their uniforms. My car was hit in the front right passenger corner on January 4th of this year, by a gentleman that drove a 7-11 company car. My car was undriveable. A police report was filed and the gentleman resumed full liability for the accident. Unfortunately, the car was insured by Sedgwick CMS. We dined at your Lewisburg location last thursday.The food was good, but the conditions were very unsanitary and harmful.We found several dirty dishes, one with dried mashed potatoes around the outer rim. I bought a Maytag Electric Gemini Rage in 2005. I also purchased the extended warranty at that time. It worked just fine until July of 2009, when it started throwing error codes. The oven completely shuts off when this happens. I have had 7 parts replaced ( computer board/clock has been replaced 3 times, oven door locks both upper and lower have been replaced, and harness wiring has been replaced.)It continues to throw error codes and shut down. Principal Life insurance recently changed their Claims mailing address for dental insurance with out notifying anyone or providing new identification cards. I had to hear it from my employees that their claims kept getting sent back to the dentist saying wrong address. I called Principal to confirm that they did indeed change their claims mailing address for dental claims and they said they did. I ordered a 20 franc gold Rooster from Blanchard online. When the box arrived, it contained NO COIN. The box was very well sealed and was not tampered with by the postal employees. It just simply did not contain the coin that I ordered.
I notified Blanchard immediately. Their response: Look in the box again. Well, duh. That's all they did.

Very unhappy customer here. My wife purchased 3 pair of compression socks this past week. One pair was 15/20, the other two were 20/30s. She put on one pair of the 20/30s right before she had a Dr. appointment. By the time the Dr. saw my wife (approx 45 min after she put them on) her legs were purple! Too tight perhaps or wrong sizing. I spoke to a salesperson at Adams Pharmacy who stated that the socks cannot be returned after they leave the store. Also, The USPS shipping number is invalid and is not able to track any existing package. VERY BAD SERVICE! After reading the complaints about this company, and realizing that other medications I take makes use of this product unwise I contacted them within 30 minutes of the initial order and the run around began in earnest. I also notified my credit card company not to pay them, I will continue to try and cancel the product; however, based on prior complaints and their action to date I have doubts about their motive. I would not advise ANYONE to buy from Contagioushair.com. I you value your time and money you will avoid this company and the owner at all costs. First, they do not have a direct phone number- bad sign. I spent $400 on a hair order and included expedited shipping in my order. I told him I did, follow all the above and beyond instructions and he basically said he can do nothing. I told him about all the complaints I read about on line and he just would not offer any help.
