Xacollection.com (JCS Fashion) is a fraud. I thought I had looked them up when I did not find anything bad while I googled them. This turned out to be very naive of me... They confirmed my order. Two days later they announced they do not ship to my country. Of course they have refused to answer my mails regarding paying back my money spent. I called in a claim on or about the first of April from a Extremely bad winter that we had from Nov 2009, to April 2010. The damage consisted of Wind, Ice, and Snow. Transtech took advantage of having my bank account information and took out a "PCI fee" when I least expected it. It's a good thing that I had enough money in the bank to cover the debit. When I called about it they said it was a compliance fee to protect the customers. So shouldn't the customers be paying for this "insurance" to protect them. They have contacted my work and told them that this debt is theirs because there name appears on pens I ordered from National Pen Company. I had ordered pens on a few occasions and had used my name and personal info to set up the account and paid them with my credit cards and my persoanl checks. Hello, My friend bought a classic car from Future Classics in the beginning of March and was told by the owner, Nick DeMartino that the engine was just rebuilt 3000 miles ago. My friend asked Nick why the car was running so rough and Nick said the car sat for awhile and needed to be driven again. I had a similar experience as many previous posters. Wish I'd found this site before I sent money to Exotic Motors. I trusted their Ebay rating which was a huge mistake. Vehicle was advertised in good condition but arrived needing $6, 000 worth of work done just to be safe on the road. I purchased this Pricey item $529.95 online for instore pickup for my daughters 18th birthday. It was bought online I printed the receipt and waited for E-mail confirmation. On April 30, 2010 I wanted to check a legal question and MyJaBil.com seemed to be one that could fit the bill. I am so glad I am not the only one to hear that is getting screwed by this company. One day, I was lazy enough to not drive to my nearest Lowe's store to pay off the bill. I went to Lolly's to inquire about having my dog groomed. For no apparent reason, the owners were incredibly nasty & unfriendly, refusing to speak to me, saying they weren't accepting new clients. I was somewhat taken aback at their reaction and quickly became concerned with their hostility... and for the dogs they were working on. I can only wonder how such angry people must treat dogs in their care, who can't speak for themselves. I did say I would look at it for a trial period with a fee of 2.99. Which I did and this was taken from my bank account with my permission.
