During the first week of January, 2010, my computer was not operating properly. The message stated that I needed an antivirus f or my computer . I went ahead and downloaded the software, just to get it to operate.
the download is inferior. 2. Did not receive a receipt, telephone number, nor product ID.
I am requesting a refund of my payments, for January 01, February 01, March 01 and April 01 to my credit card, immediately. I have contacted my credit card company.I will also contact my Attorney General Office and the BBB Office .In the future do not place any information to this computer. Months ago I too decided to try the "free trial" of Pure Rez. I used the product for a few months a decided that it was not doing anything at all for me. I called to cancel my order and had to leave a message. I received no return call just another shipment. I sent e-mails to their customer service department and left more messages but my order was not canceled I just received more shipments. We bought 4 laser printer cartridges from Toner4Less, one malfunctioned and they refused to replace it. We strongly recommend that you think twice before buying any of their products. Toner4Less might be competitive on the price, but if they have a 25% failure rate and an abhorrent customer service, you'll end up paying more for less. read full review »

I give wendy's a bad review as I had been watching these wonderful marketing views on t.v. and finally about a month later went to go visit a new store in Daytona Beach close to I 95 and LPGA. First the guy who took my order was not totally there. When the food arrived I received this little package which was enough to feed my grandson, maybe. The food was absolutely terrible and the fries were warm but closer to cold. I tried it and more than likely will never go there as the last time I was there the salad had a rubber band in it which grossed out my better half. read full review »

At this point I'm livid with Waste Management. This is the second year in a row that on "Special Cleanup Day", I've howled out my debris to the curbside following their instructions to the T. I've anticipated that there will be problems because of last year experience when I confronted their employees that showed up in an already full truck and in a very rude manner refused to do their job. A sight came on my computer flashing and saying "Your todays Winner" the 1 millionth person, this came up from no where while Iwas looking up information on entirely something else. It urged me to call them. I have all printouts as proof. They asked for my visa as I all looked so genuine on the website, straight after I went into the name Summer Bay Resorts and notice there were alot of complaints that it is a scam. I heard an advertisement on 94.1 the Fish in Nashville, TN advertising to give you $2000.00 in grocery coupons for free. I called the number and the rep told me that the only thing that i would have to do is pay for shipping fee. I asked more about what I was going to be getting and he explained that I would be receiving a set group of coupons in the mail that were worth $2k. spirit air is horrible the agents are rude and please dont ask for a sup they'll stand around knowing you req to speak to them and wait until youve almost missed your flight to come assist you only to tell you that if you miss your flight that there is no standby policy and youll pay $110.00 plus what the next fair will cost you. They will never tell you in plain sight on their website about the late fees, bag fee and that the bag cant be transferred as well as other underminding tricks. I was part of this timeshare scam. A1marketing called me, they had all my Resort information. I’m not sure how they got it but it made me think they were legit. However, they took me for $1, 800. They said they would sell my weeks but now I can't get through to anyone and they haven't returned any of my numerous voice mail messages...A1marketingunlimited.com is there website and that's all I ever recieved, Oh yeah and a BILLING statement!!! My son worked for these people, he ended up getting sick went to the hospital got a note from the dr saying he was off for 3 days, they said if he couldnt work then they would fire him. They ended up getting gas after picking my son up from the hospital, my son went to the bathroom and came back out and they were gone. This company gave me nothing but grief for the year I had a "policy" with them, from 2007 through 2008. They were unresponsive, vague and seemed to be determined to pay as little as possible of each claim they received. Fortunately, I'm with another, legitimate insurer now.

I thought we would give you the latest on IFT. Today one of their investment brokers told a client who had been trying to get their deposit back on a failed loan transaction that the reason that investors had not been paid yet was because of possible litigation against IFT. I have a charge on my credit card from "wcbudgetsaversmnth". I am not familiar with this company and what the charce is for. To the best of my knowledge, I've never charged anything to the company and have on idea how they got my card number. There seems to be no way to contact this company as I've tried every way that I can think if. This school is a joke. I was lied to by the admissions office saying that all my credits would transfer to ANY school I choose to. So I took the plunge and was completly disgusted. There were a couple of teachers that taught well and I learned a lot from them, however most either could not teach or just didn't care.

Whining noise was coming from under the hood of a 05 Trailblazer and Ranger GM of Hibbing Minnesota said the alternator needed to be replaced. It would cost $462.17 plus $80.00 for labor. I told them I'd wait to have it replaced. I brought it to a different garage and he diagnosed it as a bad tensioner pulley. Costs $51.00 with the part plus labor. He also said Trailblazer's are known for having these go bad. Shouldn't the dealer have already known this? They must see this problem a lot more than a small garage would. After purchasing a PolyCom 335 IP phone and receiving it in an appropriate amount of time, I opened the box to discover that there is no power supply.

I cancelled the lease, and returned the equipment...with a "Return Goods Authorization" number from them, and the use of their FedEx account. Fifth third has charged me o ver 500, in overdraft fees. The way they sent the charges through caused me to be charged 37.50 for items that were 2.38. How ridiculous is this. We purchased a brand new 2009 Ford F-250 Super Duty from Gordie Boucher in February of this year. While the sales process what very pleasant, we had less than 1000 miles on the truck when someone on the freeway motioned to us that there was smoke coming from our vehicle. After pulling over we discovered that there was transmission fluid pouring out of the truck. When we say pouring we mean at least a gallon. The problem is the only dimentional stability comes from the secondary backing so my installer was shocked at the brazen lie.
