With in the last two weeks I went to the Sears store to purchase filters for a vacuum I purchased in 2003. I called the company's 1-800-944-0171 and the person I spoke with said she would remove future billings but would not remove the $12.95 charge. On Jul 2nd, 2009 their rep stopped at my house. We renewed Reader's Digest that day, with a three day right to cancel. I did that the next day, and have proof of it. The receipt number is K00018278, in the amount of $63.00. Subsequently, I was asked by them to submit more proof in January, 2010, which I did. I have complied with all aspects of the right to cancel, and they ignore my request to repay me. This is a legal contract, and I have lived up to it, but they have not. I travelled from Trichy (TPJ) to Howrah (HWH) on 9th April 2010 in the II Class in the Howrah Express (2664).
