I thought I was purchasing the correct module for my dell computer. I paid for it and paid shipping for it. The unit arrived and was incorrect. I sent the unit back at my own expense and ordered and paid for the correct unit which duly arrived. I expected them to process a refund for the unit I returned. Oh no. Read the fine print very carefully. They hang onto your money and make you buy something from them within 90 days- even if you do not need it. After speaking with Lance ONE time initially, I was pawned off to someone beneath him 3 different times without warning, due to these junior lawyers quitting/getting fired. I was litigating for $6k in child support I had to pay until a boy turned 18. Lance assured me it would be a $3k case closed max uncontested. I used my Debit Visa card at Flying J Travel Stop, Exit 277, I-20, Tye, Texas for fuel. I purchased $20.04 in fuel and ran my card as a credit as I did not want to put my pin # in at the pump. American Lock and Key installed 2 deadbolt locks for an elderly lady on a fixed income at nearly $300. Of course they had rebuttals, but I feel that is way too steep for the work performed and equipment. I'm not saying they shouldn't have gotten paid...but nearly $300 seems extreme. Please beware before using them...ask a lot of questions, and check out a hardware store for comparable prices and see if you can do it yourself. I attempted to book a flight with CheapoAir and never actually was authorized...so, a flight booking was never made...CheapoAir then called and harrassed me daily several time by phone and email...I ended up calling at my own expense and told one of the reps that the flight never was booked and I had decided not to fly at this time..CheapoAir charged a $25 cancel fee...how is this possible when a flight was never booked..CheapoAir is a SCAM...I had to wait on the phone for an extended period of time which I am billed for just to speak to one of the reps...these guys are a joke. read full review »

We booked Canada yard Pro to do a spring clean-up of our residential yard including power-rake, fertilizer and aerate. Plus a *** treatment. They 'booked' our appointment 3 weeks into the future and said that was the earliest they could do the work. The day they had 'booked' our yardwork, they never showed up, never called and after I waited around all day for them to arrive, they said it would be done a week later - or possibly 2 weeks later. I have been jerked around by with receiving phones and all they were concerned with was commision and not customer service. I received a phone that someone previously owned and was sold to me a new. I would never use radio shack in the future nor would I recommend them ever. I was told they didn't have the phone I wanted and then later found out another store had it. I went to the dealership and we agreed on $2000 down with payments of $468.52. The sales manager sent the wrong information over to the finance department and they charged me $3000 instead. I did not notice the difference until I received my credit card bill which had the $3000 charge. I went back to the dealership and they said they couldn't do anything to help me. They changed the deal on me without consulting me and sold me the car with a higher down payment and higher monthly payments then had been discussed with me. DO NOT USE these people! They do not know how to repair an ATV. We dropped of a 4 wheeler that had been crashed into a tree and well as new parts. First, Grupo Mayan and Holiday Systems Intl. sell timeshares, but if they can't get you to buy those, and you think you are about to leave; they have a secondary set of people that for less money will sell you a 10 year package with a $99/ year fee to buy a week or two of unused timeshare rentals. We have received NO SERVICE since writing a check last summer. We paid approximately $250. He set up appointments to be at our house, my husband worked at home waiting for him and he never showed or called. For months, we never heard from him, other than a business card stuck in the front door when he knew we wouldn't be home.He wouldn't return our calls. I accidently stopped by the Inn of Ventura hotel by Best Western, 709 E. Thompson, Ventura, California because I thought I was at the Vagabond Hotel. Big mistake. The room that I was shown was dirty and unkept and when I told the person who identified himself as the owner I would look elsewhere, he became very nasty.
