I subscribed to Polygon.net to sell my diamonds online. as they promised, my subscription was supposed to be month to month and after paying them for 3 months and not being able to sell my goods, I decided to cancel. They claimed when I signed up, it was a 12 month contract and they said if I don’t pay the balance, they will report me to JBT, Jewelers Board of Trade. don’t join and if you do, read the fine print. You are not able to sell anything anyways because they have more suppliers than buyers. never again I get fooled by polygon. read full review »

Anyway, when I got the vehicle back, there was a scratch on the driver’s door and scratches and a crack in the bumper. Brought it to the attention of the service manager, Tom Grimont. My son (a teen minor) was scammed. A pop up ad appeared on his computer to order this product for $1.50. He ordered this with his ATM card. He did not know that they would continue to send this product for $79.98 per month. The terms were not spelled out. I called the company to request to return the product and reverse his charges and they refused. They sold this product to a minor with a heart condition. Customer service refused to help other than telling me to bad. read full review »

Harmed Bus Passenger March 31, 2010
At around 6:10PM, Wednesday, March 31, 2010, I made an attempt to board a Q65 MTA bus number 9851 heading to College Point, at the Main Street station. As I put my foot onto the steps, with my body half way on board, the bus drive who clearly saw me and was aware of me making my way to get into the bus closed the door, leaving me trapped in between the bus doors for 10 seconds before releasing me. He stared at me the entire time I struggled to get in and tried to free myself. He did NOT apologized for his action, an obvious reason why I am... read full review »

My husband and I purchased a timeshare week at Ellington at Wachesaw Plantation East, owned by Festiva Resorts. Immediately upon our first day of our first visit, we were approached by a sales person for Festiva who asked us to attend a 90 minute presentation -- if we did we would get a free round of golf or something like that, I forget exactly. This "service" sends a letter on what looks like stationary from the State of California directing that you must submit a Stmt of Information along with $225 immediately. Unfortunately, it is a complete SCAM. Not only do they not filing any such form, the State of California will penalize you for not sending in the Stmt on time . The form fee is actually only $25 to the State but with the fines can run up to $600 . This, along with the $225 you paid the SCAMMERS. I hope this warning helps others . It would have helped me.
