I would tell everyone to contact yur State agencies that govern these companies inluding but not limited to the FCC, contact your Congressman, State Representatives. My husband and i stayed in Riu Aruba, for 10 days which were a nightmare! I received a call from this company on my cell phone regarding a person I do not know. When I asked her why she was calling me on my cell phone regarding someone I do not know she got smart with me and hung up. I then called the company on their 800 number and and got attitude from the gentleman who answered. It is ridiculous to get a call from a collection agency regarding anyone elses businesses, but it really ticks me off when it is on my cell phone and I do not know the person and then the people who are calling are rude. I accidently made an international calls using Verizon home phone. And when the bill came, it charges me $66.87 for 23 minutes (almost $3 per minute). After company admitting they sent the wrong axle they refuse refund knowing that we had taken apart the axle they did pay for the return of product which was refused once it was there. Company only wants to refund the amount of money in which they have left over from our original purchase and wants us to have the axle returned to us and see what we can do with it. I bought a pint of raw oysters ($10.95) on a Friday. When I opened them on Sunday it was obvious one of them was bad, and they stunk. I dumpted them down the garbage disposal and kept the top which showed the "expired" date over a week in the future. I went by the store and told them the problem and gave them the container top.
