Pams Precious Pet Products
Mioa February 28, 2010
Company is a fraud ships product and charges card after canceling 2 weeks prior. Sara and Pam at company don't respond to emails or calls. Sent back unopened package and still no refund!! These people need to shut down or go to a class to learn about customer service. Got bank and attorney involved. Don't order from them, order better products at costco.com. If you don't like you can return at the store. I wish I would have researched more about company, others have posted irate reviews about them as well. Lesson learned. read full review »

I paid GiftCardmall.com $50.00 to deliver an I-Tunes electronic gift card on Valentine's day and they charged my account, but never sent my gift. I called them 3 times. They gave me no help at all. I have written them multiple times. Nobody has called me yet. I was told that somebody would call me within 2 days. I've been searching the internet for complaints and it seems to be happening to a lot of other people too. I read one review by a man who said that he ordered $4600 worth of gifts from them and 5 days after the holidays he... read full review »

Business Marketing
ksc78vw February 28, 2010
Around 2004, I received an e-mail from this company stating that they could help me start a legitimate internet business with a lot of income potential. From the moment that I called, up to the point that I gave them $500, (never recall a written signed contract ever) I had no problems communicating with them during that time. I realized that something was wrong when I tried to communicate with them in the 72 hours after which when they (marketing company) said I couldn't cancel their claimed contract. Furthermore, during their 72 hour... read full review »

Autos Direct Online
Rippedoff? February 28, 2010
I purchased a 2006 Honda CRV from Autos Direct Online on ebay. 1)I asked specifically about the "excellent condition" because of possible rust, etc. It was not revealed that undercarriage is all rusted (something I couldn't see when picking it up in the snow--they leave all their vehicles outside), antennae is missing and it was in a front end collision. 2) They charged me $300 over ad price on ebay and wanted to hold the refund until after I gave ebay feedback. I needed ebay to get $ back. 3) They asked me what I was offering for... read full review »

Las Vegas Bargain Hunters
Duane Overturf February 28, 2010
On October 16 Las Vegas bargain hunters picked up all the furniture I had in a condo I was losing to foreclosure. They are supposed to be a consignment store where I would split the money received for them selling my condo's contents. They gave me a hand written list of the inventory that day and promised they would send me by email the inventory list again once all the items had been added to the computer. No such list has ever come and after repeated phone calls to them it is obvious now that they never had any intention of sending me a... read full review »

ABS Pump & Repair
Capt Mark February 28, 2010
I am a veteran who is victim of fraud and unethical behavior. I had long time local dock builder steal $31, 558 from me and won a judgment against him. The problem is that the judgment is unenforceable, as the Sheriff of Suffolk County was unable to get the employer (ABS Pump & Repair) to garnish the wages of the crook that stole my hard earned money. It turns out that if an employer is harboring a crook, the law can only ask them to support the court of law and garnish the wages of their employee. If the business owner decides not to... read full review »

My wife and I purchased two tickets for a hot air balloon ride at a total cost of $422. Hot Air Ballooning is highly dependent on the weather. Flying conditions must be just right so we expected that we may have to reschedule the flight a couple of times. Months ago, RedBox falsely alleged that I didn't return a movie, and then charged me a $24 replacement fee. It took forever to straighten this out with Customer Service over the phone, and I think the only reason they refunded the money is that I threatened to rent exclusively from Netflix.
