Wheelsnext is an unprofessional company that claims to be one of the largest wheel distributors in the U.S. Their customer service representatives lie over the phone and shipping takes weeks instead of days that they promote on their website wheelsnext.com. Gov deals acts as an auction site for many municipalities on the east coast and south west. Many of the items we have purchaced have been not as described, or for a better term garbage. If you as a bidder do not pay, govdeals will hold you for 40% of the winning bid and you get nothing! Many of the vehicles we have bought are junk yard material and items described as operable are not ! Even the pictures on the site, often items are changed and missing parts by the time you pay and pick them up. Govdeals staff tell you to go back to the seller and they wash their hands of the deal. I had to sign-up with download-gate.com to be able to download a file. I thought I signed-up for a 3-day period for $1.95. My CC account shows a charge of $41.90 plus a foreign transaction charge. I have not been able to download the file. My attempts to do so result in being cycled through several other websites. Charge appeared on our home bill for 14.95, for unspecified charges. Following procedure I called the number supplied on the phone bill and it merely gave information about activating a voice mail account, or canceling the same. They put a hold on my account for $80 plus dollars that put my account over drawn and my bills didn't get paid. M&T mortgage consumer beware If you are thinking of a mortgage, you must defintely avoid M&T bank. They will put clauses in their documents making your life miserable and threaten you later on to do all kinds of things to you. In addition, even if you are late one day in ten years to send your payment (within of course the grace period) they will start calling you with automated sytems! Be absolutely careful of their mortgage clauses! Do not just depend on my opinion. Search the web for related complains. They are a fourth grade bank of unprofesionals to deal with. Dealing with Fireside Bank (now Auto Finance) has been a horrible experience. The dealer where I purchased my auto pushed me into financing with them (probably gets a kickback or piece of the interest but he is now out of business), and since that time, has been the worst experience I have ever had with any particular financial institution.
