I recieved my phone bill with an added surprise...two collect calls to the tune of 61.76 + taxes. The calls were 3min. and 5 mins. respectively. When I recovered enough to speak, I called my local carrier. The customer service gentleman( with a "OMG ! NOT AGAIN quiver in his voice) gave me the number for INTELLICALL'S billing service. My wife gave me money to buy myself a Christmas gift. I bought a Remington Titanium electric razor expecting to get the nice, smooth shave the actor on the TV advertisements gets. But instead of getting a nice, smooth shave, mine painfully yanked every hair out by the roots. I couldn't get my refund because I didn't save the original packaging and receipt. I am a frequent PC Richards buyer and bought a very expensive Miele dishwasher. The first one was the wrong dishwasher, not what I ordered, annoying, but they fixed the problem. It is a special machine to deal with hard water build up. It requires special salt to run the machine and they don't carry it in the stores although the salt is a Meile product. I called Ben Franklin Plumbing. They charged 70$ for a service call and the only thing the guy did was tell me I needed a new hot water heater and that it would cost me close to 2500$. I am based in the UK, I have found that i have had US$19.95 withdrawn from my bank account each month since October 2009. I have a Maytag Neptune 6 years old that stopped working. Bill & Rods Appliance Inc. came our to service the machine. I was told it was the circuit board needed replacement at a cost of $200 for the just the part. The part was ordered. I am outraged that something that has happend over 9 years ago is still haunting me. I was told about 4 years ago before my first deployment, that this home was supposed to be taken off my report after 7 years which would have been in 2008 when I came home from deployment. My puppy was fine before it went to glamour grooming. Then 3 days after he was there he got very sick. The vet said that a lot of illness will take that long to show. He said that he had treated several cases of kennel cough from dog that were groomed at Glamour Grooming. He said my puppy had the same bacteria that two of the other sick dogs had.
