On 1-15-10 I purchased the Norton 360 Antivirus sotfware on the 30 day opt-out basis I cancelled it on 2-6-2010 with message #7960912214 I was Charged for all three of you versions ofNorton 360.3 @ 74.99 and Norton 2010 @ 69.99 and antivirus 2010 for 39.99. I had a very similar experience using the Meta Bank AAA prepaid Visa Travel Card that I have read about on the Complaints Board regarding Meta Bank's customer service in regard to iAdvance, Only1 Prepaid Card, Netspend, the Freedom Card by Meta Bank that is marketed to college students, Jackson-Hewitt now managed by Meta Bank. We are selling our home to a buyer trying to get a loan through FHA. He qualifies without a doubt for the loan. He was paying $125, 000 and we were giving him $5, 000 towards closing costs. I was charged for opperator assist and a 290 minute phone call that I did not make. I have never used AT&T for anything. I have Verizon for my unlimited local and long distance phone calls however At&t is claiming I am using them for my long distance calls which is incorrect. Do not work with this Company, Offer is too good to be true. They sell you a product that Google, Yahoo and MSN Offer for Free!!! Just research Local listings. You set up your own Keywords and Images without the need of outsourcing someone else. These people are slugs. They get you to purchase a toner cartridge for a low price. Then a few months later they call and tell you that it's time for you to accept the "balance" of your order -- which for me was 2 more toner cartridges. They said that that's how I got the low price by committing to a total of 3 cartridges. Stupidly, I believed them and let them ship another 2 cartridges (for almost the same price as I buy at Staples). I could hear some type of loose debris (sounded like a pebble) rolling around in my sunroof as I was driving. I dropped my car off at the Infiniti of Chantilly dealership so they could diagnose the problem and remove the debris. I called this company to attempt to resolve my debt by making an arrangement. However, instead I received a very uncooperative attitude from the agent I spoke with. She never identified herself now that I think of it. She offered me ONE option only and even with that it was not feasible for me. Stamps.com have a free trial sign-up on their website, after which they automatically charge you 18 dollars a month. Stamps.com makes it VERY difficult to unsubscribe from their service. This is a scam. They want me to give up on the process so they can take my money. The company has no unsubscribe method online. Instead, they send you to one phone number, which reroutes you to another number, which takes you to "customer service".
