Ordered a dog bed in Jan 2010, emailed & called to cancel this order. After several weeks found out the item had been shipped, not been cancelled and my card had been charged. This company is awful, no customer service, no follow up, pointing the finger to the consumer after flagging all emails to make sure they have been read. Got my bank on the phone, disputing the charge. Sent the package back unopened, and still have not received a refund a month later. (Feb 2010) Have been talking with Pam & Sara at the company, they are useless. Please look at other companies to order from, this one should be put out of business! read full review »

I applied to Macy's for a Macy's card to get the latest offers.
I have no debt or mortgage.
I am a british citizen and visit here for up to 6 months a year.
I own my own home here and in UK.
My application was rejected on the basis of Insufficient information on file.
I phoned to request my report as stated in the experian letter.
I can not speak with anyone and Experian refuse to process my application without a social security number.

Carbone Honda of Utica, NY sold me an '09 Fit 10 months ago. Part of the deal was that they would install an aftermarket cruise control when one became available. One (or more) have been out for months now and, despite repeated calls, Carbone has neither installed it nor refunded my money- they made both promises, at various times.

This company is totally bent on scamming customers out of their HARD earned money. Their "specialty" is in the air ducts and HVAC systems . Through discount coupons coming in the mail in the reprehensible Value Pak scam support system, they get into the house and then scurrry around in the attic like the vermin they are. I have ordered the state coins with the option to upgrade to platinum and have been billed twice on my credit card and have not received any coins. I have called twice and have not been contacted by any one. I have had my wife call and she has gotten no where. Of course we have not been able to talk to anyone, we have had to leave messages. I figured I would try them to purchase a very small item first, before I bought something more expensive. I ordered a 54 MHtz Hi-pass filter for $4.57 total on 1/19/2010.
I paid with a US Postal money order which I had tracked by the PO. The MO was cashed on 1/31/2010. They sent an email response that they never received payment. I still have yet to receive the item that I ordered. Good thing I didn't buy anything more expensive!

I am extremely pissed. I broke down and bought a GH1 from time2envy earlier this month. I thought they were the only ones to have gotten the US GH1. Sadly, when I received it I saw on the box that it was PAL, when I accessed the "film mode" it said AVCHD/25p, it came with an additional European plug, and the instructions had certain words spelled differently like "programme" and "colour". I purchased in-ear headphones on 2/4/2010 from Zoom Systems "Best Buy" kiosk at Palm Beach International - items did not fit, way too big for ears. I contacted the company on 2/6/2010; they stated that this did not fit their return policy, and that I'm stuck with them. I explained that the defect was that they don't fit in any ear, in my entire family. They stated a supervisor would call me on 2/8/2010. No one called. Then it stated that I could be billed $99 for application fee for a credit card. I checked no on it. It went to the next page telling you had to do the credit card, then the payday loan. Their McAfee security software allowed a trojanfakeav.b to get into my computer. It was able to not only to shut down the Microsoft anti-virus protection but also the McAfee protection as well. When I contacted AT&T by phone I was transfered to a Tech support who wanted to charge me $99 to fix a problem that their service allowed, not to mention their usual run around procedure of transfering me to different departments for 2.5 hours and then hanging up on me. read full review »
