I ordered the trial product on 1/25/10 and on 1/28/10 i called to cancel the membership which stated i had 14 days to do. i was told they had no record or order for me after she just repeated my address and so on;. i told her then to cancel my order. she again stated that she had no order . We bought our front loading Kenmore He2Plus a year and a half ago and it started leaking badly during a recent wash. I called Sears to schedule a repair. Received a Christmas Tree that was nothing like the photo and did not measure out to the 7.5 height Full 60" width 1, 000 lights that it said I would be getting. When I pulled out branches as far out as I could one branch and only one branch reached to 55 1/2" width advertised. I asked for a security quote from Broadview. The salesman never told me that they were owned by ADT and also never told me that they owned my security system even after it was installed in my home. He also tried to charge me extra to purchase a warranty on THEIR security system. Very disappointed with their lack of honesty and the deceptive sales practices. This was the worst place I have ever worked. Driving to work everyday I would get a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach. The work environment was aweful, and the abuse this company heaped on its employees is criminal. I left after a brief period of time, and am very sorry to hear that everyone else seems to have had a similar expereince- i.e. they will not pay you the money they owe you. Hi Would like to advise all that the tactics that the Total White site use to extract money also applies to the Teeth Whitening sites. The process is exactly the same. Free Trial, only pay for shipping, they say the teeth whitening process works by using two different types of whiteners, they then deduct £59 per month for each product plus post and packaging. Scheduled an appointment for the digital panel to be replaced in December 2009. Was told it was $500 and we couldn't afford that at the time. Called on Sunday February 7 2009 and asked if I could schedule an appointment to have this now repaired. I have been billed $9.99 for a service called "Ring-N-Rock." I have never heard of this service nor have I ever used it. The charge appeared on my T-Mobile bill. T-Mobile gave me contact information that never leads to a live person. Instead it directs you to an e-mail address for complaints. I have sent three and received not response. I have attemted to text STOP to the number provider by T-Mobile, but it responds that I do not have an account. I have even entered my cellular number into their interactive response number. I received a certificate for the salon for a day spa treatment from my son. First of all they did not record my appointment correctly. They had my appt down for another day. My wife and I bought my Maytag Atlantis Washer (MAV7600AWW) and the spin and drain cycles have not been working properly. My wife never knows when she will have to run the rinse or spin cycle again because the machine didn't spin the cloths dry or worse, the machine did not even drain the water out of the tub! This bus transportation should be closed, it is not responsible enough. It always bring kids late to school, kids education is very important they should arrive to school on time. Its not like 1 or 2 times a month its like 2-3 times a week kids are late to school. Don't use this plan!!! They charge $400 up front and $1.95 per withdrawl. In my case thats $634 over the course of the loan. That alone is a payment and a half on my car loan. They make one payment a month to the bank, not two. All they are doing is taking your money and making your payment. Save your money and put an extra $634 down on your purchase price. This has happened on four separate occasions. I frequent online purchases and each comes with tracking codes to verify where and when your package is and arrives.
