A friend and I were injured in a fatal accident on April 18th. The next day we realized we needed medical attention and went to the center, where we were asked what was wrong, x-rayed, and received MRIs. The insurance policy of the party at fault took care of all of the bills except those from Wat. Radiological Services--which is a separate billing entity. Due to insufficient notification, BOTH of us missed the discrepency and are henceforth being pursued by WRS's collection agency, John Barry & Associates. We bought a top-of-the-line King Koil latex mattress. It was soooo comfy for the first 30 days or so and then we started to notice obvious sagging, waking up with back pain, etc. We removed all of the bedding to look at the mattress and the sagging was actually visible and looked like the mattress had been folded in half, almost leaving a crease across the middle. I bought the DVD player on 9/19/09 and from the start the remote control only worked when it was less than 1 foot away from the player. They nicely sent me a replacement remote, but upon first use it worked just like the first. I lived with that problem, as my time has been too busy to do otherwise. These guys are sleaze. Vocus.com took us for 4000$ which we are currently trying to get back from our credit card company. This store has the worst customer service I've seen in 10 years. I bought a laptop that was offered on the website with a package worth $150. They gave it to me without th package saying they can't match the offer and then I came back again to replace it with another laptop since I felt like being deceived and they wanted to charge me a restocking fee for exchange. We purchased Direct TV at Sam's Club from what we thought was a Direct TV representative instead he was a Smart Circle International employee. The package was totally misrepresented and the information given to us was a complete lie. Fortunately we called the actual Direct TV customer service in time to cancel. Agency is worse than useless and handles hiring for most of the good jobs in my town. Always posting standing job orders to generate applications when no jobs exist, are never taking applications or even in the office at the start of the normal workday, deduct cost of drug testing, background checks, etc. from workers' first paychecks, make would-be workers reapply every six months to stay active. Flying J Ripon, CA I've been to some poorly managed truckstops before but this one takes the cake. My concern lies with the parking issue. This place allows everyone to park anywhere they please and the employees and manager lack concern as to how drivers are going to get out to deliver their load when blocked completely in.
